Join us on New Year’s Day for a morning of movement, breath, sound, and celebration. We’ll begin with a Kundalini yoga practice, awakening strength, clarity, and inner fire, followed by sound healing and a prosperity meditation to ground intention and abundance. We’ll close with ecstatic dance—an embodied celebration of freedom, presence, and possibility.
